Kathy Young is the CEO and cofounder of the Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance (TVNPA), a premier hub dedicated to fortifying nonprofit organizations. With a professional background spanning various sectors, Kathy boasts years of unwavering commitment to community development. Her strategic insights, coupled with a deep understanding of community dynamics, have positioned TVNPA as an indispensable resource for nonprofits in the Tri-Valley region. Kathy received her B.S. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Kathy is a resident of Livermore and she spends her leisure time with her husband, Edward, three children, her grandchildren, and her two dogs.
