As we ratify our 3 new board members – we give a huge thank-you to our retiring board members Debbie Vargas (Founding Member and Treasurer) and Jialin Hu (Assistant Treasurer).  Their support of Impact 100 East Bay over the past several years has been tremendous.  We are all very lucky to have members like Debbie and Jailin who have volunteered their time to make our Board WORK!
