2024 Voting: Revised Bylaws and New Board Members

Impact100 East Bay will be voting on two items before our 2024 Big Reveal and Annual Meeting.   Look for an email from noreply@opavote.com if you are a 2024 member.

  •  Approve 2024 Revised Bylaws: The Impact 100 East Bay Board has updated the bylaws to allow us to grow the size of the Board to reflect our growing membership. We have revised bylaws to have a maximum of twenty-five (25) Board members vs the previous maximum of fifteen (15) Board members. Please see a copy of the revised bylaws here.
  • Ratify 2024 New Board Members:  Please vote to ratify the 4 new 2024 Board members – includes links to bios:

As we ratify our 4 new board members – we give a huge thank-you to our retiring board members Pat Adams and Claudia Polidori. Their support of Impact 100 East Bay over the past several years has been tremendous. We are all very lucky to have members like Pat and Claudia volunteer their time to make our Board WORK! Thank-you!

Voting results will be announced at the 2024 Big Reveal and Annual Membership meeting on February 13.
